Every protocol release is audited by two independent firms before it reaches mainnet. Reports are published in full.

Validators who sign conflicting blocks or stay offline for long periods lose part of their stake. Slashed tokens are burned.

Researchers who report vulnerabilities privately are rewarded up to $1,000,000, depending on severity. See the bug bounty policy for scope and terms.
